This man has been spotted by other residents over the last year. One resident reports that she dozed off on her easy chair and, upon waking, she found him spying on her through her window. At another time, she watched him entering the Dunbarton Cabana. Another resident reports having seen him and a woman last summer, swimming in the Dunbarton pool with their clothes on. She remarked that she thought he was no longer around.
