A former journalist, I applaud all efforts to disseminate factual information to homeowners. The Association tries to do a good job with the monthly newsletter, but other voices can be helpful in keeping homeowners informed.
With respect to outsiders using the facilities, or unsatisfactory performance by Capital Patrol or any other vendors, please urge your readers to contact management immediately. If homeowners are not pleased with the response from management, they should contact me or any Board member.
It is the Board's aim to keep Nepenthe safe and to respond promptly to all homeowner requests for service and information.
